This website is operated by Prayan Jewels, registered at Shop No-109, Silver Spring, Parsi Sheri, Karva Road, Bhagal, Surat - 395003. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Prayan Jewels. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, registered customers, and guests. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

We sell BIS Hallmarked 925 Sterling Silver jewellery (BIS Hallmark: BIS:HM/C - 7190354116) exclusively through our online store.

1. Eligibility & Account

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may browse and purchase as a guest or by creating a registered account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are made of 925 Sterling Silver and carry a BIS Hallmark. Product images are taken under studio lighting; actual appearance under normal lighting may vary slightly.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

3. Offers, Discounts & Coupons

The following promotional offers are available on our platform:

• Buy 2+ Items Offer: Automatic ₹100 off when you buy 2 or more items. Applied automatically – no code required. Stackable with coupon codes and wallet credits.
• Coupon Codes: Time-limited discount codes that may be percentage-based or fixed-amount. Only one coupon can be applied per order. Coupons are subject to minimum order values, usage limits, product restrictions, and validity dates.
• Wallet Credits: Credits earned via the referral programme can be applied at checkout. Wallet credits expire 30 days after being credited.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

4. Referral Programme

Registered users receive a unique referral code (format: PRAYAN-XXXXXX) that can be shared with friends. The referral programme works as follows:

• New user signup bonus (Limited Time Offer): ₹50 is credited to all new users' wallets upon successful registration. This offer is valid for one month only.
• Referrer reward: ₹100 is credited to the referrer's wallet after the referred user's first order is delivered and the return/exchange window (default 7 days) has closed.
• All referral credits expire 30 days after being credited
• You cannot refer yourself
• Referral rewards may be reversed if the qualifying order is returned or refunded

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Prayan Jewels wallet credits.

Online payment sessions (PhonePe) expire after 5 minutes. If payment is not completed within this window, the order will not be confirmed.

Free shipping applies to orders of ₹999 or more. Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping charge of ₹99.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 6–8 business days for most pincodes. Remote areas may take up to 10–12 business days. If delivery does not occur within 45 days, a full refund will be issued.

Orders returned due to non-claim, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery will not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Payment & Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of order placement and are only possible for orders in Pending or Processing status.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances
• To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others
• To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including fake orders or coupon abuse)
• To upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code
• To scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without permission
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service
• To abuse the referral or wallet system (e.g., creating fake accounts to generate referral rewards)

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and cancellation of any pending orders or wallet credits.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including product images, text, logos, and design – is the property of Prayan Jewels and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

In no case shall Prayan Jewels or its affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any products purchased through it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prayan Jewels and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
