Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options at checkout:

• UPI – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI apps (processed via PhonePe Payment Gateway)
• Credit / Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and more (processed via PhonePe Payment Gateway)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for most serviceable pincodes across India
• Wallet Balance – use your Prayan Jewels wallet credits (earned via referrals) to pay fully or partially

All online payments are secured and processed through PhonePe. Your card or UPI details are never stored on our servers.

Payment Session Timeout

Once you proceed to pay online, the payment session is valid for 5 minutes. If the payment is not completed within this window, the session will expire and you will need to place the order again. Your cart items will be preserved.

Offers & Discounts

We also run time-limited coupon promotions. Coupon codes can be applied at checkout and are subject to the following rules:

• Only one coupon code can be applied per order
• Coupons may have a minimum order value (pre-tax subtotal) to qualify
• Percentage-based coupons may have a maximum discount cap
• Some coupons are restricted to specific products or user accounts
• Coupons cannot be combined with each other, but can be stacked with the automatic multi-item discount and wallet credits
• Expired or fully-redeemed coupons cannot be applied

Shipping Charges

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day. Customised or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timeline

We deliver to over 95% of pincodes across India. Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Standard Delivery: 6–8 business days from order date (estimated 10 days overall)
• Remote / Difficult Areas: May take up to 10–12 business days in extreme cases

Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is not delivered within 45 days of placement, we will issue a full refund.

Logistics Partners

We work with multiple courier partners. The carrier is selected based on serviceability, pricing, and availability for your pincode. You can check if your pincode is serviceable during checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. The tracking link becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Registered users can track their orders from the My Orders section. Guest customers can use the Track Order page with their order number and registered email.

Taxes & Duties

All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST. No additional taxes or duties are charged for domestic deliveries within India. The price you see is the price you pay (plus applicable shipping charges if any).

Delivery Guidelines

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

• Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address including landmark details
• Keep your registered phone number reachable for delivery updates
• Inspect the package for visible damage before accepting delivery
• Do not accept a tampered or open package – report it immediately
