Making a purchase on Prayan Jewels indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
We offer seamless exchanges and returns if you are not satisfied with your product. A return or exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp, call, or email. Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process a replacement, refund, or store credit as requested.
Please note: An unboxing video of the unopened package is mandatory for all return and exchange requests. Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Our products are photographed under studio lighting. The actual product may appear slightly different under normal lighting conditions. We make every effort to maintain the originality and accuracy of our product images.
Mandatory: Unboxing Video Required
An unboxing video of the unopened package is compulsory for all return and exchange requests. You must record a continuous video starting from the sealed, intact parcel before opening it, through to revealing the contents. Without this video, your return or exchange request will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected:
Non-refundable charges: Shipping charges, COD handling fees, gift wrap charges, and any other ancillary fees are not eligible for refund.
To cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it at support@prayanjewels.com or via Instagram at @prayanjewels. Cancellations are only possible for orders in Pending or Processing status.
Registered users can also cancel eligible orders directly from the My Orders section in their account.
If cancelled before the order is dispatched, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method (for prepaid orders). COD orders will simply be cancelled with no charge.
If cancelled after dispatch, the refund will be the order amount minus shipping charges (both forward and return-to-origin) once the product is received back at our warehouse.
Orders in Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, or Refunded status cannot be cancelled. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Prayan Jewels regarding cancellations.
Important: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 3 days of delivery.

We generally deliver all orders within 6–8 business days of placement. Customised or made-to-order products may take longer and the timeline will be communicated in advance. If delivery does not occur within 45 days, a full refund will be issued.
All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) for deliveries within India. No additional tax or duty is charged to the customer.
